BadMac Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Tracking

After placing your order with BadMac, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will then enter our processing queue, where our team carefully prepares your items for shipment. Within 3-4 business days of receiving your order confirmation, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
International Shipping (10-15 business days)

All shipping timeframes begin once your tracking number has been issued.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Orders:

Orders under $50: $7.00 shipping
Orders $50-$99: 7.00 shipping
Orders $100+: Free shipping

International Orders:

Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Contacting our customer service team with your order number

Delivery Information

We ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations
Orders require a valid physical address (no P.O. boxes for standard shipping)
Someone must be available to sign for packages valued over $100
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date
Provide your order number and photos of any damage
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or process a replacement
